    Departs from Florence and return to Florence

     

    Day 1: Florence

    After arriving in Florence, there is an exclusive drop off at the lodging in the city and check in. Car and driver will be at the airport or the train station for a personal transfer and, at transferring for any type of needs. Reservation for a welcome dinner in an attractive classical restaurant in the heart of Florence. Your chef in Florence will go and meet you for a nice welcome and to outline the whole program around the Tuscan culinary customs.

     

     

    Day 2: Florence

    After breakfast, begin your adventure in Florence with an enjoyable cooking class in the city center. At 10:00 AM you reach the meeting point in the heart of the city where your chef will be there waiting for you and all the participants. Leave for the central market of Florence, San Lorenzo's market, with a brief walking introduction; here you will hear about culinary customs and common recipes, buy together with the chef the different seasonal ingredients for the class. You will learn how to bargain and taste the kind of sauces, oils, cold cuts, and cheeses seen on the stands. Your chef will guide you to our private studio where you will begin the course: starting from a good appetizer, "Bruschetta", they will show you how to make pasta, the delicious Tuscan sauce and a typical second course with side salad; finally, a delightful tiramisu dessert. During the class and lunch, you can taste several kinds of good wines. At 03:30 PM approximately the class will finish and you will have free time to visit the city center.

     

    Day 3: Florence/Chianti

    Time to check out after you have had breakfast in your hotel in Florence. A personal pick up with car and driver will transfer you to your lodging in the Chianti area. The countryside Estate is a enchanting Country Villa just 20 minutes by vehicle from the city, located in the center of olive groves and vineyards. Next you will be whisk away to the Historical Villa/Farm for the culinary adventure: here the staff will welcome you to the Villa and guide you to find the old cellars, all the estate properties,  all the areas where they produce olive oil and the delicious wines, and the Villa traditional Italian gardens. The class would take place in the old kitchens, recently restored and elegant. The chef will teach you how to make fresh pasta and cook it! It is a 3 courses menu that will finish with classic Tuscan biscuits. During the class you will enjoy delicious wine and an exciting olive oil tasting. The experience finishes at 03:00PM and the driver will be there at your dispatching to drop you off at your lodging.

    Day 4: Chianti

    After breakfast, you will depart from the Hotel at 09:30 AM (approx.) to discover another corner of the elegant Tuscan countryside. Along with your driver and car you will reach Veronica at her beautiful Italian Villa just few minutes from the Chianti lodging, in a panoramic area enclosed by Tuscan hills, a elegant home-style place to join a Tuscan cooking class. Veronica will host you at her place and lead you to find the flavors of our classical dishes. She will teach you Pasta secrets, making Gnocchi and "Sugo", Castagnaccio, or grill a classical Chicken a' la brick.. Whenever the seasonal ingredients will arouse the imaginative energy of your host, you will be taken along in a path of classical olive oil, delicious wines, food, wines, and beautiful sights. It is another deep Tuscan adventure! The class will finish up 5 hours approximately and then you will continue with a favorable drive through Greve and Panzano in Chianti, two well known and common villages that represent the center of the Chianti region. The driver will drop you off at your lodging.

    Day 5: Chianti/Florence

    Time for check out after breakfast in the lodging and personal travel to the Florence airport or train station.

    Rome (Roma) has been everything and has seen everything. As you absorb yourself in the Eternal City, you will, actually, see its years gradually fade away as contemporary trains pull up alongside the Senate ruins where Julius Cesar was killed. The size and history and age of Italy's capital can be mind-blowing, however we help keep things little in such a extending metropolis.

    All roads take you to Rome, as do trains and airplanes, so arriving in the capital is convenient and transportation to your hotel is included.     Day 1: Benvenuti a Roma

    Arrive at Rome's train station or airport.  Acquaint yourself with our English speaking driver for a ride to the lodging with inclusive information about Roma offered by the driver. Dinner suggestions will be offered.

     

    Day 2: Introduction to Rome

    Breakfast in hotel. Today you will be picked up at the lodging and connected a group for the "The hearth of Rome" sightseeing tour. St. Peter's Basilica, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona Square. Skip the line at St. Peter's Basilica! Investigate Rome's traditional attractions on a morning tour that puts together the fabulous opportunities to visit the brillant St. Peter's Basilica with a pleasing stroll through Rome's historical heart with your neighborhood escort. This half-day journey is the flawless opening to Rome's well known traditional sights. Tour the Basilica with no lines, it is really worth the cost.

     

    Day 3: Vatican

    Morning of leisure after breakfast in hotel. Some time to tour on your own the Eternal city, your lodging is centrally located very close to the main attractions of Rome. Afternoon meeting with the group near the Vatican entrance and go inside skipping the line. The purpose of this tour is the visit of the Vatican Museums and a large part of the Vatican City, one of the European microstates, situated on the Vatican Hill in the west-central part of Rome, Its borders closely follow the city wall constructed to protect the Pope from outside attack. After meeting in nearby Piazza Risorgimento we will visit the Vatican Museums and the Vatican Galleries. There you will admire the modern entrance built for the Jubilee 2000, the Galleries of the Chandeliers, of the Tapestries and of the Geographical Maps, the Sobiesky Hall and the Immaculate Conception Hall. We will then stop to admire the Sistine Chapel, seat of the Conclave, with the famous frescoes of Michelangelo. Dinner on your own, suggestions will be offered.

    Day 4: Ancient Rome

    Breakfast at hotel and some free time. In the afternoon meet the group near the Colosseum for an inside tour. With this tour you will enjoy the splendour of the classic Roman Empire. Leaving from the Coliseum Area the guided tour will take you to visit the Roman Forum, walking along the ancient pavement, which crosses the evocative ruins of the Roman Forum, the Curia, the Reggia. You will then admire the Temple of Vesta, the Arch of Titus and the Arch of Costantine. The tour will continue with the visit of the massive structure of the Coliseum (internal visit). Originally named Flavian Amphitheatreit is a giant amphitheatre used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles. The amphitheatre, the largest ever built in the Roman Empire, was completed in 80 AD under Titus, with further modifications being made during Domitian's reign. The excursion will go on visiting the Palatine Hill. The ancient "palatium", historical residence of the Caesars, from whose name is derived from the use of the term "Palace", to indicate a seat of official power. The tour will end in Coliseum Area.

     

     

    Day 5: Enjoy Rome

    Breakfast at hotel. You have a good idea about what would you like to see in Rome or to do, today you can select one of our many tours, perhaps a trip to Florence, or more close to Tivoli or any other city tour. We offer also cooking classes in Rome or in the country side. many options available we can suggest.

     

     

    Day 6: Arrivederci Roma

    After breakfast is time to check out, we could transfer you either to the airport or train station.
